Our own internal proof print resources as well as our professional print colour management enable us to produce top quality print proofs. In gravure we work with the actual printing materials and colours to simulate the later print result 1:1 and where necessary to safeguard the match with the contract proof in every respect. On demand we also supply ink formulas with every print cylinder as well as all of the technical engraving parameters. This means we save our customers time-intensive set-up time on the printing machine.
In contrast, in flexo printing we use the proof print exclusively for a technical content verification of the printing forms as a colour binding print result cannot be generated in this stage of the process.
