Dear business partners, dear employees!
I will be leaving the company on 31 August 2024. This decision was not easy for me. Over the years, we have developed a trusting working relationship that can be described as a partnership in the best sense of the word. Whether it was a matter of supposedly unsolvable printing requirements, our special requests for the materials and machines we needed or flexible financing solutions – together we have sought and found solutions. Many thanks for that!
I would especially like to thank our staff. Of course, as a boss you sometimes have a different view of things. Sometimes for good reason, sometimes due to a misjudgement. But the best possible solution has always been at the centre of my actions.
We have so many excellent, motivated and flexible specialists that I’m not worried about the future of SWG. Thank you for the great time together! You’re not just great colleagues with a really good knowledge, many of you have become friends.
I can only recommend you to all customers and potential employees who are not yet working with/for SWG: It’s time for things to change!
