In order to continue to grow and further expand our leading position in the engraving of printing and embossing forms, we have ordered two state-of-the-art engraving systems:
- Cellaxy V5 direct laser for precise embossing and gravure forms in steel and copper*
- Premiumsetter direct laser for top-quality flexographic printing forms
Both concentrate an extremely large amount of laser energy on an very small laser spot in order to produce the printing and embossing forms highly efficiently. If you compare the energy in such a small area with nature, it would be roughly equivalent to the power of five suns in a fraction of a hair.
Delivery will take place at the beginning of 2025, increasing our dimensional diversity and ensuring that energy is used in a resource-saving manner.
