The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has unified the European data privacy law. As we have always applied great care to the protection of your data, the GDPR does not result in much change to our co-operation.
SWG collects, stores and processes your personal data exclusively for purposes of fulfilling our mutual contracts. No data are stored beyond the business-related purpose. Naturally that also means that we will not transfer your personal data to external third parties except as explicitly approved by you in writing.
To ensure the highest possible level of protection for your data we have implemented a variety of technical and organizational measures. For example, personal data are stored exclusively on servers located in Germany. All employees involved are trained and obliged to handle your data with the greatest possible care and secrecy. In addition, they are prohibited from using such data for any purpose other than the completion of your orders, while access to personal data is restricted to those employees who need access for the completion of the orders.
Naturally you are entitled to demand the erasure of your personal data at any time. To do so, please refer to your contact partners with SWG or directly to the SWG data protection officer at Datenschutz@SWG-online.de. Unless the erasure of your data is prevented by any provisions of law we will be pleased to comply with your request and then confirm to you that the data have been erased.
