As from 31.12.2022, SWG has repurchased the 6,8% minority stake of our company that Janoschka was holding. With this reacquisition, the company is now again completely owned by the founder’s family.
The prepress market shows a tendency to two mayor enterprises. At the same time, we noticed in conversations with clients that there is also a high demand for an innovative, flexible, dependable and still every bit as high-performing, medium-size engraving company. This is us with our 130 employees, state-of-the-art technology, excellent equity backing and the long-term goals of our owning family. The spirit of innovation on the other hand was inherited from August Dippmann, who founded the company in 1890.
We are very grateful to Janoschka and especially to Mr Manfred Janoschka for his efforts after the reprivatisation in 1990. This paved the way for us regarding new markets and technologies. Therefore, Janoschka and SWG agreed to continue our mutual support – wherever it makes sense regarding specific technologies or dimensions.
