Since 01.01.2023, Bruno Pavan has been joining us in the area of customer service for embossing and flexo. As he speaks fluent French, Italian, English and German and lives in France, he is mainly responsible for the regions France, Italy and Benelux.
Bruno Pavan learned the profession of pre-press at the Wetzel company and have a lot of specialist knowledge. So he not only speaks the language of the customers – he also knows the technical requirements very well. Whether it’s a matter of understanding the décor, the special requirements of technical embossing, e.g. for strapping bands, or the specific structure of lineatures for African printers – that’s what makes good customer service: understanding the customer’s requirements linguistically AND in terms of content in order to create precise solutions together.
