Due to an accident in our main connection in the medium-voltage power grid, we are expected to be completely without electrical energy until March 18, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. This means our email accounts don’t work either. Thats why, we cannot currently receive incoming emails or send emails.
Our technicians are currently working hard to get our telephone network back into operation by 9:00 a.m. on March 18, 2024. Until then, you can unfortunately only reach us via the mobile connections of our customer advisors. Our shipping is busy, which means we can still accept deliveries.
Unfortunately, our entire production is also at a standstill. As soon as we are fully online again, we will work hard to recover the production standstill. However, please understand that there may be delays. Your contact person will inform you accordingly as soon as production has started up again.
