We have been connected to the power grid again since 18.03.24 at around 8pm. It took some time to get all the systems up and running, but since this morning we have finally been able to work again. This means that our production is running and all communication channels are working again.
The fact that we were able to repair the major damage to our central power supply in such a short time is mainly thanks to our great colleagues from the technical department. Many thanks also to the excellent support from the colleagues at Actemium and Mitnetz. At times, up to 10 technicians were on site to get us back online. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
Now it’s up to us to make up for the loss of production as quickly as possible. We hope and rely on the support of our staff and at the same time on the understanding of our customers.
